Embrace Comfortable Posture

Opt for a posture that resonates with your comfort. You may choose to sit on a cushion or chair with a straight back, or recline if that fosters relaxation. The key lies in locating a position that instills ease and focus.

Set  The Timer

Deliberate on the duration of your meditation session. If you're new to meditation, it's prudent to initiate with shorter sessions, spanning 5-10 minutes, and gradually extend the duration as you grow more seasoned.

Immerse in Your Breath
